Wormboys + Eliza Beth
August 28 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

WORMBOYS are a four-piece noise-pop band based across Leeds and Glasgow. Together they take inspiration from grunge, country, post-punk and indie to create their own tuneful yet full throttle pop songs, yoking dreamy melodies to driving rhythms and fuzzed-out soundscapes.
After building a dedicated following in West Yorkshire, Wormboys have toured the UK, sharing stages with the likes of The Bug Club, Martha and Ratboys (no relation).

“Noisy and sweet, dreamy and driving, wormboys are a contradiction in all the best ways and a band more than ready to make their mark” – Greenbelt
“There are hints of Grunge, Riot Grrrl and Lo-Fi in their fun, care-free and confident sound. Wormboys are just an absolute joy to listen to.” – Beat in my bones
ELIZA BETH is an up and coming artist from Halifax who combines live looping skills with heartfelt songcraft that takes inspiration from the likes of Sparklehorse, The Postal Service and Neutral Milk Hotel to create her own winning take on eccentric indie pop.
