Bradford’s ‘Least We Got Shoes‘ are a rootsy rock and roll band crafting gritty yet heartfelt songs about the ordinary struggles of everyday life. Steeped in authenticity their music is a gritty fusion which blends rock, bluegrass, Americana, and dashes of metal and punk, creating a sound as true to their roots as the ground beneath their feet. ‘Boxcar rock’ – their chosen description of the sound they make combines the blue collar romanticism of Bruce Springsteen and winsome melancholy of The Smiths with the melodic chops and storytelling nous of Dire Straights.
