Northern Star Organ Trio are a groovy hammond organ trio who play a winning mixture of instrumental soul classics, rare groove and original tunes with a definite nod to 1960’s Blue Note recordings. Having formed in 2023 as an informal meet up between three old friends they have become a popular act in West Yorkshire known for their almost telepathic level of musicianship and the clear enjoyment they both give and receive from the audience. Each member brings decades of experience and has been part of influential bands like The New Mastersounds and Leeds barnstormers Meanwood Valley Stompers.
