Hampshire-based LUCY KITCHEN combines the warmth of classic 1970s songwriting (think Nick Drake or Vashti Bunyan) with songs shaped by nature, grief and transformation. Her acclaimed third album, In the Low Light, has established her as a quietly compelling voice in modern folk.

Nottinghamshire songwriter and visual artist E.R. THORPE’s music sounds at once ancient and comntemporary bringing to mind the likes of Beth Orton, Aldous Harding or PJ Harvey. Her darkly, cinematic music combines unusual finger-picked guitar with vivid, emotionally charged storytelling and has received strong support from BBC Radio 6 Music.
