SUMMARY:Painting + Moose Wrench
DESCRIPTION:PAINTING is a Berlin-based trio creating brilliantly strange music that sits somewhere between Avant Pop\, Synth Kraut\, and Prog Punk. Techno beats rub shoulders with psychedelic free-jazz interludes\, art-pop with a wave foundation is grounded by lively call-and-response vocals. With layers of synthesizers\, propulsive drums\, and angular melodies\, their sound is both danceable and delightfully unpredictable. Known for their intense and captivating live performances\, PAINTING has built a strong reputation across Europe’s independent music scenes and now you have a chance to see what all the fuss is about for yourselves!\n‘The best new band currently in the German pop avant-garde is the Berlin trio Painting.’ – Rolling Stone\n‘Defiant\, colourful\, irresistible’ – Musikexpress\nhttps://paintingband.bandcamp.com/\nhttps://painting-band.com/\nhttps://www.youtube.com/@painting_band\nhttps://www.facebook.com/painting.band/\n\n\nMOOSE WRENCH are an avant-garde power trio from Leeds. Their sound is best described as the love child of Cardiacs and Mr. Bungle\, raised by Primus and Ween. Live they are driven by a chaotic\, heavily distorted keytar powered along by an intense post-punk rhythm section. Their music is technically complex\, theatrical\, and a bit unhinged. In other words just the kind of thing we enjoy at The Puzzle.\n‘Moose Wrench are great. The fun comes from how naturally all of the wrong pieces seem to fit together’ – Pitch Perfect\n‘Colourful\, chaotic and just a little bit unhinged\, in the best possible way’ – RGM Music\nhttps://www.moosewrench.co.uk/\nhttps://moosewrench.bandcamp.com/album/not-dead-yet\nhttps://www.facebook.com/moose.wrench.9/\nhttps://www.youtube.com/@moosewrench9738
