Echoviolet + Glisten Trick
October 10 @ 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
ECHOVIOLET are a dynamic rock trio from Yorkshire, making waves with their bold, distinctive sound. Drawing comparisons to Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, and IDLES, they’ve earned airplay on BBC Introducing and sold-out shows at grassroots venues. Their unique blend of powerful riffs and captivating melodies is turning heads, positioning Echoviolet as one of the most exciting new acts in the UK rock scene.
“Dark, gritty and steeped in refined and thrilling musicianship” – Indiebuddie
“Punchy live performers with a thunderous sound” – Fatsoma
GLISTEN TRICK is a project led by Glasán Ghost featuring collaborators from cult drone, neo-psych and garage acts from the US and UK ( Flamingods, The Warlocks, Brian Jonestowm Massacre). In this strange congregation pulled together from fellow neo-psych travelers, and garage-damaged misfits Ghost creates a dark sound which is at once richly psychedelic and winningly accessible. Genre blending and blurring at its best.
“Glisten Trick’s sound tilts from deep, narcotic grooves and shimmering blooms of crystalline beauty, into throbbing, acidic loops that sweep beneath unadorned, laconic delivery” – Post Punk.com
“Intense and vividly colorful, brimming with lush, hypnotic textures that feel both beautiful and unsettling” _ Destroy Exit
